New pre-release of Signal Chain Explorer V 0.966

Just added a new pre-release of SCE to the website. This is a minor update that:

(1) Has minor tweaks to the default settings of thermal noise charts.

(2) Now models quantum effects that cause thermal noise to drop off at high frequencies (in the THz range).
